Default EAE Gigmix 4 On-Going review

I posted this on another post but I didn't want it to get lost as this is a Real nice little unit that sounds great... Is it perfect no...I'm getting a little weird noise when I turn up the PreDly and I need to trace down what I'm doing wrong..lol
I'll add more as I keep using it...
.............................
So far the EAE is nice,. Still learning, but my guitars sound good through it, . Acoustic and my Epiphy ES339-P90 I mainly play clean anyway, but I haven't tried a pedal through yet
Vocals sound great no complaints there
I'm running it into a Headrush 108 FRFR speaker
I think I'll get one of those mic stand trays to set it on for gigging....
It doesn't fit secure enough in my cell phone holder that's a part of the tablet holder, maybe a different brand., we'll see.

So far everything is great... Figured out a Camera mount that clamps on a pole/handle bars of a bike-Mic stand will fit the threaded hole on the bottom
So you can mount this on your mic stand,,,Or a camera Tri-Pod

I just got mine ..i havnt
even had time to try it
out. i did notice there is
a threaded adaptor on the
bottom. the size of a camera
tripod mount. So im thinking
of adapting someting
for a mic stand into that
as a means to mount it.
there is this
https://www.sweetwater.com/store/det...tripod-adapter
and i have one of these.

I'm looking for more of Pad with the screw instead of just the screw with a small base

The threaded part on the bottom looks like aluminum and I wouldn't want the Gigmix just connected in the air by a screw, I' like a platform for it to set on and then screwed in place.

I'll update what I find..

This would be okay...But I would worry about having a drink on it and it doesn't tilt if your sitting down...But I guess you could attach it lower on the mic stand'
And Velcro down the mixer

I should have mentioned this in my review. There is an official adapter for the mixer!
