Three pickup Tele's are such a cool variation, and the current model you've got adds some nice touches to that recipe.

And your experience reminds me that a lot of times with an electric guitar you're buying a neck with a wooden "tailpiece" to hold the pickups if you were to take the "blind-man's-view" using your fingers and ears.

Enjoy that Tele!

Thank you, Frank. I'm still in my honeymoon period with it, but for now I just can't keep my hands off it. So, for a few bucks I went from a guitar I rarely played to a guitar I want to play all the time. That, in and of itself, seems to validate the trade.

The Nashville is a jack of all trades. As great as a Tele is, it won't sound like a Strat. The Nashville will though, and if you need/want those 2nd/4th position Strat tones and don't need a whammy, hard to beat this as you get the Tele vibe as well. Enjoy.

I have one 1-5/8" nut guitar left, it may not last long but it plays a bit wider. Time will tell - I prefer 1-3/4", 1-11/16" if I have to.

I used to own a Noventa briefly. I think they are neat guitars.

Currently I have a cheap squire Tele, and a weird Tele based on a made in Mexico model… the pickups were changed, the guard, the tuners, the bridge, the hardware, the knobs, the distressing…

I also have a pretty nice refined Made to Measure Strat I bought off my son, but this Tele is my favorite electric.
