Oh don't me wrong. I'd dump my wife for Albert in a hot minute if he'd have me. :-)

I'm sorta new here (so maybe shouldn't comment), but I've watched more than my share of Reina Del Cid videos. Example here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jsPAr57UytU

They've done tons of these, mostly covers, but with some original material. Their tastes in what they choose to cover seems to coincide a lot with stuff I like. And I love their enthusiasm.

Thanks for the Reina Del Cid tip, I wasn't familiar with them. Just spent an hour listening to a bunch of their covers. Like you said, they are mostly music I like to begin with. Check out Larkin Poe for the same sort of thing. They do a bunch of casual covers of a wide range of mostly classic stuff. Only they're more bluesy than folky.

There's a husband and wife acoustic duo on YouTube that go by the name of "The Running Mates". They've done a lot of covers and also some original stuff as well. They're absolutely wonderful to listen to and to play along to. I learned songs they covered just so I could play along with them. Their renditions are fantastic.

Well if we are talking covers I'm impressed with Foxes and Fossils.

Lucas Imbiriba

I'm a total guitar hack, so even imagining playing like him is impossible. On the other hand, his ability to take multi instrumental tunes and play them on a solo acoustic guitar and be true to both their rhythmic and melodic line is pretty good.

Like addressing this classic AC/DC tune

Some may not like the over the top virtuosity, but you cannot deny the guy knows how to play.

On a funny note I did run across a You tube video of an old fat guy in shorts sprawled on his bed with his guitar among the guitar instructional videos I was perusing. The camera focuses on him and his first words are, "Helloooo there" as if he's some hunk or something. I didn't even bother listening to him play, but I couldn't stop laughing.

Default PHARIS & JASON ROMERO

Lots but I'd like to suggest this couple - Pharis & Jason Romero.
their singing and playing together are great, but the happiness as a couple together is a true delight.

She is great. I saw her a few times when I lived in Minneapolis.

Gabriela ^^^ is a long time crush of mine. Beautiful, and a wonderful player as well. I love how she'll sometimes turn and smile at the camera.

Lindsay Straw. I really enjoy her Celtic-influenced guitar demos for Carter Vintage.
