LR Baggs M80 active/passive switch
So I put an LR Baggs M80 into my 12 string and really like the sound. It has good tone and volume in passive mode. My problem is I wanted to see what the sound was like in active mode. Does anyone have a trick to get to the active/passive switch on the bottom without loosening all the strings?

I was always able to get the M80 in and out of my guitar without loosening anything. However, i do see the inaccessibility of that switch as a negative; same thing with the battery.
This was not the major reason I sold mine, but it did not help to endear me to this pickup.

Wish I had a trick for you...
I like the M80 but wish there was an easier way to switch from passive to active. Will be watching this thread

Follow up. I did some more research on this and discovered the LR Baggs Forum https://forum.lrbaggs.com/forum and this is a common critique of the M80 without a solution offered. As I understand it the switch placement was a strategy to stop someone from accidently hitting the switch while performing.
