I'm sure you started with learning the open string names, if you're in standard tuning.
If you look at your flashcards you'll notice at the 5th fret the notes are in the same order as your open strings just starting with the A on the bass string.
A, D,G, B , E then A again on the thinest string.
Obviously the note order is the same as the open Strings on your 12th fret. EADGBE.
So you already have the notes down for three fret positions.
Working from there is a good starting point.
Now learn your intervals and it'll come quite quickly.
