Thanks Doug, I had a very hard time making that recording because my hard drive was full and Studio One stopped recording. Audition was also giving me lots of grief. I had to delete a few programs to get it to work again.... I guess it's time to upgrade my drive. I have a 500 gig SSD drive now, I may just reformat it and wipe it clean and install Windows 11 when it comes available.

I agree with what RicSlo said above. My experience has been that the difference between most mics is insignificant compared to the sound of the room.
In other words, there's a good chance no one would be able to tell whether you'd recorded your tracks here with $100 or $10,000 mics, other than self-noise issues maybe. And even then, is it the noise of the mic, the preamp or something in the room? (I'm not suggesting your mics have a lot of self-noise)

I've got two rooms i can use for recording, my living room and a bedroom studio, neither of which can be sound treated. The only sound treatment I can do is turn off the air conditioning. The only mic noise I'm hearing is the Sennheiser when it's cranked way up, other than that both mics are pretty quiet. The Sennheiser requires to be cut about 20% to be equal to the WA-14. After working with them for a while, Tone wise, the WA-14 seems to be a little better mic, than the Sennheiser MK4, but both seem to be in the same ballpark.

Windows 10 has a little switch that converts all your stereo files to mono, took me all day to figure it out, so here's a true stereo recording with the two new mics......

To find this little switch, all ya gotta do is go to your search bar, and type in "stereo", and it'll direct you to the dreaded convert to mono switch, and from now on you can listen to stereo recordings on your computer.
