Sold! 1990 Martin 000-16M Sold!

I have a 1990 Martin 000-16M for sale. This is NOT the same as the 16 series that Martin is selling today. There were very few of these guitars made and they are very special.

They are lightly built, forward braced, dovetail neck, (not bolt on, not "semi-dovetail" but full dovetail). Bracing has been described as similar to pre war D-18's. This guitar's tone and volume are OUTSTANDING!

From what I can find there were probably about 40 of the 000-16M made, so they are pretty rare.

A K&K Mini pick up was installed by a well respected local shop. HSC is included.

There are two very minor (IMHO) issues. The binding has been re-glued at the waist. From what I understand this is a common issue with this age Martin. There's a small blemish in the finish near one of the tuners. My guess is that someone may have over tightened the nut on the bushing. I'll include pictures of both as best I can get them.

This is the closest description I can find. I can't guarantee it's 100% dead on, but it's pretty accurate, as far as I can tell with the help of a Martin CSR on the phone.

Nut width is 1 3/4". Also, string spacing is 2 1/4", I've updated the description in the listing.
