Default 2006 Larrivee P-09 Figured Tasmanian Blackwood PRICE DROPPED TO SOLD

Mint condition. 1 3/4" nut. Smoke and pet free home. Neck is straight and plenty of saddle remains.Standard larrivee string spacing. Can send sound samples on request. Original Larrivee hardshell case and truss rod tool included. SOLD

3.5/32” at the low E, 2.5/32” at the high e. 5/32”/smidge over 4mm of saddle remaining. Straight edge across the fretboard sits perfectly on top of the bridge. Neck angle is spot on and ample allowance for lowering the saddle if you choose.

Indeed they do! This one falls somewhere between the mahogany and rosewood spectrum of tonal colors. Dry/woody and punchy like mahogany but also has some nice complexity like rosewood.

This is a killer guitar. If I wasn’t such a dreadnought guy, I would’ve jumped on it in a heartbeat. Larrivee parlors punch WAY above their class in terms of quality and tone. GLWTS!

Thanks RC. Tonally this sounds a lot like rosewood...with the “woodyness” of mahogany.

Switching back to dreads otherwise I’d keep it.
