Default Barricades of Heaven Riff

I have a D18 and have been looking all over for a decent tab on the Jackson Browne classic. I found one on Ultimate Tabs but it sounds nothing like the song.. is it capoed or just flat out tonally wrong on a D18.

There are different versions of this song. One is a band song and the other a solo acoustic version. I know the solo version is tuned down 1/2 step.
