I call it a tie. They are all nice looking and they play well.

I prefer the one with the built-in carrying handle.

I'm confused. I count two models and five models. None of the photos have more than one model with one model. Do they not play well with others? Is this what Alistair's marketing strategy would be if he were selling cars or adult beverages?

Regarding the guitar models, you can't judge a bookmatch from it's cover. Regarding the human guitar stands, it points out the futility of judging beauty pageants.

Knowing Alistair's aesthetic veneer preferences, he would select the more recent X10, saying that "the eyes have it!"

I see the posts about Emerald hiring....I wonder if Kramster is hiring? Maybe someone to carry his camera bag? :-)

The lovely ladies each have unique beauty. The guitars, on the other hand... each have unique beauty. In the grand scheme of things, I prefer the design of the newest Emeralds, thus the new X10 over the previous center hole model.

That same appreciation does not transfer to human beauty. As I once told my wife when she saw me looking at a lithesome young thing walking by: "I don't want some young, sexy woman, Honey, I want you!" On a totally unrelated subject: does anyone here know how long it takes a bruised coccyx to heal?

Thank you Jim for advancing such a dubious bit of discourse. The point is, I suppose, to not look.

Not look? The world is a beautiful, ever-changing "art gallery." Enjoy the beauty. Just like looking at guitars: I can admire them without feeling the need to take them home. Try to find the beauty in all things.

Plus, Joan doesn't let me date anymore. (rimshot)

Clearly, Kramster suffers from GAS: girl acquaintance syndrome. And the women, like the guitars, are carbon-based.
