Guitar with cutaway and 20 frets

For now I am thinking of buying a cheaper (approximately under $400) just to have a classical guitar to learn to play on and then later when I know better what I want I might be ready to blow $1,500 on a better classical guitar.

Does anyone here know any classical (or crossover?) models that have a cutaway and 20 frets?

I want to play approximately fingerstyle or fingerpicking, plucking the strings instead of a pick. I am rather gentle with my steel stringed guitar and I do not bang my fingers into the pickguard or body.
