FS: MINT Custom Gibson CS-336 koa semi-hollow electric guitar $4750
For sale is a MINT Gibson custom CS-336 semi-hollowbody electric guitar made of koa and Bolivian Rosewood. I purchased this guitar new for $6400 in March of 2020, but have decided that Iʻm really an acoustic, not an electric, player. I never even bought an amp for it, so it was only played a couple of times unamplified. The guitarʻs tuners were swapped out for gold Klusons that I thought better matched the finish of the guitarʻs hardware, and the truss rod cover was swapped out for a koa one, but the original Gibson tuners and truss rod cover, as well as the unused pickguard are included in the case, along with the Gibson custom guitar certificate of authenticity.
The stand shown in the photos is not included in the sale. No trade offers please as I am using the funds from the sale of this to finance another classical guitar. Great looking guitar, but the fingerboard does not look like rosewood. Was it dyed black?
