Default NGD Godin Multiac Koa - Pics added

Finally got here after USPS took 4 days longer than they said but, I guess it's the holiday season.

Beautiful guitar, koa top, 1-7/8" nut width, synth access (which I'll probably not use) but I wanted the RMC pickup which I've always liked the sound of for Reed/Atkins/Buster B type stuff. Bought it used from Reverb.com - absolutely new condition and came with a nice Godin bag. Also great action, no adjustments required. This should do me just fine.

Grain not outrageous but attractive. Second pic is Godin next to my 2013 Brook Torridge (Sitka/real old mahogany)

Very cool, I have been thinking about one of these for a while now. I'll be interested to hear opinions :-)

I had the ACS-SA Slim model that I played through a Roland AC60. I didn't need any other pedals and it sounded great for my purposes. It had nylon strings, a narrower nut than standard classical, and the RMC pick-ups. I had the action set low so it played very comfortably.

In my opinion, they are well made and a great value, considering you can get one in the $1,000 range.

I am wondering if I could install the RMC pickups and pre-amp on my silent guitar.

I thought about koa but went with a rosewood top. It's a great sounding, well made, albeit heavy guitar.

The synth access is an important part of the guitar. It will enable you gain access to the world of guitar modelling, both acoustic (nylon and steel) and electric guitars on a Roland GR-55. I think it's worth the extra outlay.

Enjoy your guitar and we want to see the figuring on that koa top!
