That was amazing... and yet the Angels still lost in extra innings. Ohtani hit the 3 run HR in the bottom of the 9th to tie it and even had a sac fly in extra innings.

That's how it goes for the Angels. On the days they get good pitching, they don't hit.
When they hit, they don't get pitching.
Ohtani pitches tonight (Wed). They have a chance.

Ohtani does it again. 8 innings, 2 hits, 0 runs, 13 Ks... and he reached base 3 times. He's pitching better the past few starts.

How many homeruns will Aaron Judge hit this year? He hit 2 more last night but at some point he'll slow down. Thinking 52 (he's on pace for 62).

Jays need bullpen needs help asap, starting rotation also suspect.
Possibly a trade involving one of their catchers, maybe Jansen ?

I think the Jays have played below expectations thus far. Guerrero is hitting homeruns and driving in runs similar to last year (a little bit less) but his batting average is nearly 50 points below last year.

Manoah is having a fantastic year.

Agreed. I think their winning percentage is going to go up. Vlad’s average is going to rise. Hard hit balls are gonna start dropping.

Yankees no-hit on Saturday and then went into the 7th inning yesterday also being no-hit. Astros blew that game.

Red Sox now have the 3rd best record in the AL and first in the wild card! What a crazy month for them as a month ago they were even behind Baltimore. Difficult month ahead with the Jays/Rays/Yankees and in between the White Sox.

Wow - When the 29-46 Cubs score 15 runs against the 26-48 Reds you know you're in trouble.

Red Sox playing the Cubs at Wrigley Field the next 3 games. Two teams each playing in the two oldest ballparks in the league (1912 and 1914). Lots of history (lots of losing history up until the past 18 years).

Jacob deGrom pitching a few healthy innings should keep the Mets in great shape! Might we see a "Subway Series"??
Let's Go Mets!

And we can’t discuss why they lost in Toronto. Two key players were healthy but not on the active roster. Baseball is supposed to be a team sport.

On a bright note, Sale pitches in a AAA game Wednesday. Standing room only in Polar Park!

Larry, when is the first subway series? Hopefully deGrom will be there.

Tanner Houck took a major beating in the Boston media after the Sox gave up 2 runs in the bottom of the 9th to lose the game in Toronto... and he didn't even pitch.

Looking forward to Chris Sale joining the team again.
