**ON HOLD** 2015 Collings OM1MC (Sitka/Mountain Cedar) -- Ser# 24835; Like New! **LOCAL SALE PENDING**

Collings made a bunch of these OM1s with Mountain Cedar back and sides during the 2012 - 2015 period and the tone resembles Mahogany but a little 'wetter' and with more sustain. The first time I heard one was at Hill Country Guitars years back and I should have bought it back then because it was different and awesome sounding. But as luck would have it, my buddy Matts67 traded me this one last year and I got my second chance.

Condition is 9.6 out of 10, with only one tiny impression at the 1-o'clock position above the rosette that I could not photograph effectively. Only the slightest bit of fretwear under the B string first 4 frets. Many of you know my past struggles with Collings, but this guitar completely restored my faith in the brand. It is dialed in perfectly, plays like a dream, and sounds amazing!

Key Specs:

• Sitka over Mountain Cedar; top is Sitka braced
• 1 3/4 nut with 2 3/16" string spacing / standard Collings mod-v neck
• Ebony Fingerboard, Ebony slotted bridge, Solid Ebony pins; Full 25.5" scale
• Perfect setup at 6/64, 4/64, and 0.005" relief, currently strung with John Pearse 600L PB Lights
