Default Fishman Blender Static issue

was wondering if anybody had this problem w/ their blender. i just started getting a static/hissing sound out of the non-mic side (i believe it's the non-mic side) and the only way to get rid of it is to put it all the way to the mic(or non-mic side if i have it backwards). common problem? do i have to send it in to be fixed or is it a quick fix on my own? thanks.

i need to get this fixed as i use it plugged in every week and it's my only guitar now!!! funny how this happens after i sell my 710ce last month. i think the man upstairs is telling me i need a second guitar. haha. just kidding.

Have you downloaded the manual? Its hard to pinpoint exactly what the problem would be, but I'm assuming you've tried playing around with the notch and phase switches. Send them an email right away if you're on a time crunch.
