Accord cases - what’s going on with them

I took the plunge to get a really good carbon fibre case and ordered an Accord case back in October. It’s now May and I still don’t have the case (the company says the build time is 6 - 8 weeks, I’m now at 16 weeks. I’m posting this to warn anyone else from dealing with this company as their customer service is zero.

Has anyone else had the same experience?
