The last time you had three people kidnapped and flown to Texas ended pretty badly, Tom.

Default Finished Guitar Photos

Michael sent me photos of the completed 00-12c today. As a reminder, this is a 14.25” Koa/Swiss Spruce guitar with a 24.9” scale length, 1.75” nut width and a 2.25” string spacing. From a design and execution perspective, it is truly magnificent guitar. Working with Michael has been a pleasure. It was collaborative process with seamless communication. I should have it in my hands next week...

Completed guitar, front and back

Front and back, a bit closer

Florentine cutaway, front and back

Burnt sand Koa rosette

Head plate veneer and Rodgers SS23 tuners

Fretboard inlay and end graft

African Blackwood Bridge with Ebony/Maple/Koa bridge pins

Well done, that is a beautiful instrument that I am sure will match its own beauty with its sound!

I’ve had the good fortune of playing many of Michael’s guitars over the years at shows. They are always knock outs. I’m sure this will be no exception.

That's quite a beautiful instrument--seems every detail was considered very carefully and it came together quite well!

Agree. I’ll send you my address. You are so generous! It’s what Michael would want.
