Took out the Anthem SL and put in a new Fishman Infinity Matrix VT. Results are much better since I can adjust midrange. The tone button on the Martix has a scoop function that scoops the mids. It also has a voicing switch, which either boost the bass or provides a flat response.

I tried plugging in to all the various devices I had. Loudbox Mini, direct to Bose S1 Pro and through different preamps. All were able to deliver a good tone since I has mulitple adjustments on the Matrix.

Very happy with the switch.

Enjoy! Sometimes a UST is the best all-around choice and the Matrix works really well with the Fishman Aura Pedals or the ToneDexter should you ever decide to go that route.
