In the absence of a radius dish?
So in my first build I'm more or less following the procedures in laid out in Guitar Making: Tradition and Technology by Cumpiano and Natelson.
They suggest a procedure for radiusing braces, and then suggest that it be clamped on a flexible backing slat. But I'm having a bit of a hard time visualizing what this will look like in practice. Any thoughts on best practices for this?
