Soldier's Joy & Black Mountain Rag on a Martin 000-15
Instead of posting a horrible video of myself, I will post one of my son winning the Loudon, TN Fiddlers Convention junior musician competition back in 2008. He had been playing guitar for about 1 year 9 months at the time of this video. He does have some talent. None of it came from me however.

Wow...excellent! And he didn't look at either of his hands until the middle of the second song!! The boy can play!!!
 BTW - A belated "congrats" to your son for his well-deserved win!!

Thanks for the kind remarks. What I don't understand is how he (and others also) can play in front of hundreds of people. I really freeze up and play worse around 4 or 5 let alone 100+.
I will try to post some other videos in the future.
