Default Peter Gabriel Cover

1st post in here. "The Flood" is one of my favs. I usually dont cover other peoples material, but I am a die hard Gabriel fan. Thought it would be cool to hear this with acoustic guitar instead of piano. Tad sloppy, but the vibe is there.

Real nice job on this, musical5! Not one I'm familiar with but it sounds great.....nice playing/vocals/recording. Welcome to the forum. Lots of excellent music posted in this section. Check out some of the other threads if you have time. BTW I could picture you doing a Lou Gramm/ Foreigner cover with that voice. Really excellent! Keep em coming!

Great song, also one of my favs of PG. You bring the right feel to it and the guitar-arrangement fits perfect, very close to original. And hey the song is from his debut right - and whenever I hear the original I wonder that the songs are so timeless. Thanks, made me feel good and I travelled back in time.

Thank you. Yes, that was from his first. Really though, travel back in time to Kate Bush's Christmas special. He was so young than.

Very nice, Justin! I love your expression and sensitivity in this song, both on guitar and vocally.
