Not sure about the newer stuff coming out of China but in the higher end Carbon Guitars Emerald is your only choice to buy new right now I believe. Rainsong also was making 12 strings until recently.
I've owned one of each and can say that the Emerald was my favorite by a long shot. Playability was a good bit better with whatever fretboard radius Emerald uses. The Raisnsong even with a great setup was I thought more of chore to play. Soundwise they were both really good and Carbon is a great way to go with a 12 string. If you are not a fan of how the Emeralds look then seek out a used Rainsong for a more traditional look. You won't be sorry with either.
