I was away, so just now saw this thread. Jason, we have never met although you commented a couple of times to a post I made on this forum and it was very meaningful to me. I also have had the amazing privilege of playing 2 of your guitars (owned by Eric Song, who came over to show them to me) and it was just an awesome experience. I could hardly get through your description of the multiple surgeries you are having. I will pray much for you to recover fully. I cannot imagine what the recovery process will be like. I hope you can stay hopeful and encouraged in some way.

I'm not on FB so have just seen this - had no idea you were facing all of this Jason.

From what I can see here, all went well so fantastic news for you and us all. I'm sure that the "World of Jason" bodes well for a very speedy recovery.

Let us know the effect of this pretty drastic surgery on your chronic hypoxia; we all hope the surgery has the desired effect. Hey, if so, you'll only need 2 hours sleep a night!

Cheers,
Steve

I don't know Jason, but I'm aware of his talents from Michael Watts' guitar. Regardless - this sound very complicated and, no doubt painful.

As I'm still trying to recover from the effects of treatment on my throat which finished in mid May, I'd like to join in sending positive thoughts for a process that goes easier than expected and fully succesful.

Wow, that is a lot to go through for sure. However, once recovered think how much more work you can get done and how your guitars will sound even better once you get your O2 saturation in the 90s!!!! Who knows what you will come up with now that your brain will not be starving for O2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Speedy recovery thoughts to you!

Jason, Prayers sent for successful surgeries and speedy recoveries. It's been said that we're only given what we can handle so knowing all you've been through and all you are now going through, you must be one tough dude.

Jason,
Bravo to you for doing this in advance of an actual emergency. I know it's easy to put these things off - I applaud your courage. I hope the recovery goes as well as possible, and I know the world looks forward to experiencing more of your art - your beautiful guitars - in the future.

Thank you for your honesty and openness.

Jim
