Default Yamaha dbr 12

There is a setting in the back that selects off, FOH/main, and Monitor . I usually select “off”, but wonder if I should be using FOH? One guitar, one vocal.

I’d select FOH if you’ve got it up on a stand, or select monitor if you have it placed on the floor. I’m not sure when ‘OFF’ would be the optimal setting, but I guess if you google the speaker manual it will explain what it’s used for.

It’s the built in DSP or EQ, FOH = bass and treble boost (vocals), OFF = flat, MONITOR = bass cut to help reduce low freq feedback.
