Found a new message with a photo in my e-mail this morning. Looks like the parts for the neck are glued together and the wood of the neck is sawn into shape.

Wow! Thanks for your overwhelming responses
 I have received some new photo's. The builder is going on holiday for a few weeks so this will be the last update for a short while.  ^ Here you get a good view on the side bracings that were installed.  ^ Nice overview where you can get an idea of what the complete picture will look like in the future.
