Default NGD

I've been searching for a spruce/mahogany dread that not only sounds good but is also comfortable for my abused right shoulder. The search is over.
I found this gorgeous Gibby Hummingbird mahogany m at a local GC and it followed me home. It's not a cannon but it's no slouch either volume wise. I very much like the playability of the neck and having a 4" depth at the end pin makes it shoulder friendly. The tone is nicely balanced and it responds beautifully to a light touch.
As an aside I've dubbed it "Sugar Maple" due to the similarities found in it's light cherryburst finish and the fall colors found in the tree of the same name.

Fall comes early in the Midwest. Still green in NYC.
