Default SOLD: Shubb Capo

I gather this is called the "Series C" capo. Used, but in excellent condition (only a few years old). $12, includes shipping and PayPal fees.

I've had this model for 10+ years and can attest to its ease of use and quality. Thought about getting a newer model, but why fix something that isn't broke

I've got a few of the older ones, but the roller Shubb Deluxes just work much more smoothly IMHO. That's why.

I haven't noticed all the much difference between the two models.

The roller models are easier to force closed (but then you have to adjust them, because when the fit is tight and you force them on, it messes with the tuning; and I don't find the adjustment screw very easy to twist when the capo is closed really tightly, so I close, and then open and adjust, and close, etc.). The older C series isn't so easy to force closed; but for me, that doesn't much matter given I will open either capo to adjust it.

YMMV, of course.
