In the majority of examples pertaining to an inability to consummate a private communication between AGF members, the most common identifiable impediments to success involve:

(1)--If the Personal Messenger is available for use, but one cannot successfully send the PM, then most likely the intended recipient's box is indeed full; and (2)--If the PM option is not available in an AGF member's public profile, then probably that member either has you killfiled (placed in the Ignore File), or is blocking PM and emails from all AGF members.
