Ah, I think I have it. The Gibson Site I provided is for the Les Paul Studio 2016. It has coil splitting and a hardshell case. You must have the Les Paul Studio Faded 2016. It does not have coil splitting and came with a gig bag. Both came in Fireburst.

Ok so returned the oceans 12 and got me this instead. Less bells and whistles, just four knobs. Didn’t like how the oceans 12 choked the distorted tone. I should be done for now when it comes to reverb and delay. Famous last words. [emoji23]

Sweet. Over the past few years I went from "I like a lot of knobs on my amps to give me more options" to "Give me something with fewer knobs". Same thing with pedals. 4 knobs is enough!
