Default A new Partscaster for my neighbor

My next door neighbor has a very special 19 yr old son. He is an encyclopedia of musical knowledge (bands and songs) and has recently started taking guitar lessons.

My SO suggested I should build him a guitar. I had a few parts left over from previous builds including a neck, pickups and some hardware. I ordered a new finished body and some other parts and put it all together.

We gave it to him yesterday and he was just thrilled.

Great story! I enjoyed the build pics.

Makes me wish I had a neighbor like you when I was a kid!

Fantastic! Loved seeing the process. And, the end result is outstanding! All the way around. Very kind of you. I’m sure he will never forget it.
