Default New Stehr

So.....patience is a virtue after all....all strung up and off to me this week from the venerable Mr. Stehrs magic workshop.
SJ, Madagascar,Sinker,Double sides,Short scale,13fret,bevel and soundport....can't wait to hear it.

Thanks all. Joel has been a true pleasure to work with. As for a sound clip....yes....but keep in mind this git is still getting tweaked at Joels so a few more days before it lands at my place. Stay tuned.

As an aspiring builder, I'm sometimes tempted to think that after 20 years' effort I'm finally beginning to get the hang of it. Then I see a guitar like this!

okay, so how is it I didn't find out about Joel when I lived in Spokane? man, I hate that town, even more now.
