A hearty well done! While it takes me back many years, the second Gibson I ever owned was a 1956 Southerner Jumbo. I fell for that guitar with its lighter un-scalloped bracing big time. Back then though I had to let something go to get something else. But to this day that SJ remains the only Gibson I ever parted with that I still miss.

Congrats! That’s a really nice guitar. I like it a lot. I don’t know when, but likely, an SJ just like yours or a J-45 of some flavor will be my next guitar purchase.
