Takamine cool tube and rechargeable batteries

Does anybody use rechargeable batteries on Takamine ctp3 preamp?
If so, which brand do you use? I bought some differente AA types, but no one make full contact with the preamp + and - poles and the ctp3 doesn’ Power up.. can anybody give me a good advice?

Have not used a CTP3 but did have a CTP2 guitar for several years and used Energiser rechargables without issue. Perhaps a gentle and slight pull on the negative 'spring' contact will solve your problem.

I still use Energisers in my current guitar without problems.
