Default Keb’ Mo live: delightful!!!

Saw Keb’ Mo last night: solo show, except he invited a couple of folks to sit in with him for a couple of songs. He said it best himself: “This is a celebration of life...when you get home tonight, your blood pressure should be a few points lower.”

He is a solid musician, an expressive singer, and has a very big catalogue of well-written songs. He also displays a warmth of heart and an ease about life that is rare, and quite uplifting.

There are a lot of people out there offering up good music. Still, Keb’ Mo stands out. A great evening of entertainment and pleasure!!

I have a few of his CD's and his Homespun instructional DVD. I would love to see him perform live sometime.

Default Keb Mo

I am seeing him at The Harvester in Rocky Mount, VA on Sept 15, can't wait. I saw him years ago in Charlotte at the Neighborhood Theater. Both of these venues are great for live music. Everybody comes to hear the music. I am glad to know he still puts on a great show.

lI've seen him a few times now. Most recently last year with Taj Mahal on the Taj/Mo tour. He has that relaxed easy style about him and he was happy to defer to Taj. Class act.

We had tickets to see him and Taj last year in Austin, but life and work got in our way. We gave the tickets away to some friends of some friends.... I hope they enjoyed them. I would love to see Keb solo.
