Default Levy's Leathers Guitar Strap Story

Without going into every detail, I had some problems with an order for a real nice leather guitar strap made by Levy's Leathers. I'd done quite a bit of research before ordering and found nothing but praise for the owner and for the quality of their product. Down the supply chain, some things were handled poorly that Dennis Levy heard about, contacted me and made sure things were rectified. This is exactly how and why some rise to the top of whatever they do. They're hands-on people. I'm old enough to know that this style simply isn't as common as it used to be. When you add good will and good service to an already great product, loyal customers and ambassadors are the end result!
