Froggy M or Bourgeois SJ?
Anyone tried both of these beasts?
Froggy Bottom M Bourgeois Small Jumbo I'm trying to decide what to get next and love the idea of both (haven't tried either in person). Obviously they can vary based on tonewoods but if anyone has tried both I'd love input. Thanks!

Have owned both. Froggy Ms tend to be warmer sounding and the SJ, while also having some bass warmth, tips the scale more toward the trebles and upper mids. Crisper tone as opposed to the smoothness of the Froggy.

Went ahead and jumped on a Carter deal on an SJ with an aged adi top and sinker hog back! Ill still keep saving/looking for that Froggy too!
