Fantastic tone and performance! I've been working on my classical technique for a few years but I clearly have a long way to go. I can't get my right hand to pluck as consistently as the pros.

Wow!
That was fantastic.

I’ve heard wonderful things about the Larrivee classical guitars. Yours sounds like an excellent example.

Thanks for sharing,
Tom

Yes the Larrivee classical is a nice guitar. Smaller sound than a concert guitar but beautiful in its own way.

Despite Larrivee's teacher being a classical guitar maker, Larrivee was never known for the quality of his classical guitars. (Like Larrivee, Gurian was also taught by a classical guitar maker, but was known for the quality of his steel string guitars.)

I had one of the same era, also made by Larrivee in his Toronto shop, a twin to the one in the video. I played it for a number of years before selling it to someone as a student guitar. It was nice-enough, but not a world-class classical guitar.

Default I don't disagree

I also have a ramirez 1a as my main guitar. But I still enjoy playing the larrivee.
Smaller sound but nice and mine has good intonation. I was going to sell mine
but I am glad that I didn't.
