Just out of curiosity - in regards to paypal why wouldn't you go the 'friends and family' payment route so as to avoid the fees ?

Elon Musk has enough money. I think he and eBay would probably be alright if you dodged their fees haha.

You do what you feel is best, I just didn't know if there was something else I was missing (more security, better protection for buyer\seller, etc)

I *DO* think there is some form of buyer protection built into the fee based approach but I couldn't tell you what that is. I've always done friends and family.

I liken it to reverb asking me if I found the buyer locally from their listing, then asking me to give them a percentage. I've yet to find a buyer locally from a reverb listing but, if I did, im not sure I would give up the cash anyways. It all depends on your digital morality I suppose.

Gorgeous looking guitar for sure! I’ve had a number of Taylor guitars over the years it find they can be a little bright, I’m interested in how it sounds now it’s had some time to ‘mature’ and obviously with the Brazilian to warm up the tone? Thank you
