Default National resophonic company owners and future

So i just found out Don Young (co-owner of the newer national guitars) died
I'm wondering if McGregor Gaines (the other co-owner) is alive still?

And if not than who's in charge now?

Any national employees on here? Who can shed some light on the future of the company?

Wikipedia says -

In 2008 Don Young and Eric Smith, an employee of the company since 1991, purchased McGregor Gaines' interest in the company. In 2012 Eric Smith became a 50% owner of National Reso-Phonic Guitars, Inc. then again in 2014 Eric Smith became sole owner after purchasing Don's remaining interest in the company. On Wednesday June 15, 2016 Don Young died in San Luis Obispo, California.

So far as I’m aware, McGregor is still alive and living in retirement in Colorado.

The guys at National would know.
