Sure! There are many subtle variants with height and exact aiming but the way I am currently doing this I have the SDC at shoulder height angled down about 30 degrees pointing at the 12th fret (distance ~12" - note: I am standing when playing).

The LDC is about 12" in front of the endpin of the guitar (even height wise with my right hand) and pointed roughly at the back of my right hand. Distance between the mics is ~ 2 feet.
