I've just seen your newest post. Yes the size of that buffer (in samples) determines your through latency, along with some buffers that you have no control over.

Can you get it down to 128 samples? As you decrease this figure your CPU usage may increase and at a certain limit you will begin to hear pops and clicks due to audio dropouts.

The true culprit I believe now.
I was looking to see if I had missed any software and I clicked on the AudioBox in my computer and a box popped up I hadn't seen.
Lowered the buffering for 2058 down to 512 and now I can use the main outs from Studio One without latency.
I had been adjusting that in Studio One under "Devices" "AudioBox".

Hey great, yes indeed 2058 definitely would be very big latency. How low can you set that latency? If it goes lower I would for tracking audio probably try to set it even lower 64 or 128. Then if you are going to use any virtual instruments and for mixing set it back up to 512 or 1024 same with Studio One .
