Default Fair trade or one sided by how much??

I have a 2017 Gibson HP415W that is a bit bright for me so am chatting with a gentleman about trading for his Tacoma made 2005 Guild D40 Richie Havens. Both of our guitars appear to be in similar condition. What few prices I can find for his guitar are not very consistent. Thoughts on this potential trade ? Value disparity?

I have a similar Richie Havens Tacoma Guild, which is a great guitar. They seem to sell in the range of 800 -1000, which is an amazing deal. The Gibson, looks like it's going for a bit more. I've found few recent Gibsons worthwhile, but all things considered, if you can get the Guild and put 2-300 in your pocket, I'd run very quickly.

If you don't like your guitar and you like the other guitar, it's a good deal for you. Only you can make that call.
