USB Mic Recommendation
Any suggestions for a mic (under $100) to plug into my MacBook air for recoding a few songs (just guitar, no voice)?

I have a Rode NT1 usb mic which is over your budget new, but pretty idiot proof and has a nice neutral sound. Bet you could pick one up used.
In my little studio I use a Neat Worker Bee (XLR cable) through an audio interface (Steinberg UR22) and I like it a lot. So I assume that their USB mics are pretty good too.

You're not seeing responses here because generally USB mics are not recommended - they are limited in monitoring and expansion capability and typically have only a 16 bit A-D converter. The most common use for them is for gaming/internet webcasting.
By using a separate audio interface, you have the ability to upgrade the mic in the future - or if you get an interface with 2 mic preamps, using 2 mics. But to answer your question, the M-Audio Uber ($99) Samson C01USB ($79), and for a little more money the Audio technical AT2020USB ($149)
