Default 8 inch speaker recommendations???

Hello group ✌️
I have Vox AGA-150 that I dearly love and regularly play loud. The speaker has taken quite the beating and is beginning to break up sooner and sooner lately. I think the cone is losing rigidity. I already burned up and replaced the tweeter as well.
I'm planning on building a new cab with a true 8" speaker.
Those who are in the know, what do you recommend?

Here's a clip of me playing the bajo quinto I built through it 🤘

Parts Express will be a great place to get one from. Search for an 8" speaker and filter out your specs. You should find several, some at great prices, that will do.

Another budget-friendly option would be Seismic Audio
