Nicely done! I’m just starting to do some videos...if I may ask...what is your setup? I’m experimenting with different approaches and I’m shooting for the sound you have. An iPhone does a very good job if you have the right acoustic space...thanks for any input. Larry

I’ve never had great luck recording on a cell phone. I have a bit of a loud voice, which makes even a louder dread drop out of the picture, and the reverb is bad.

I use an IMac with a Focusrite Saffire 14 interface through Logic Pro X. I don’t really scratch the surface of what that DAW can do though - I just record single track through an AKG C414 condenser mic.

Logic Pro does it very easily - I record through Photos with the sapphire as the sound in. I then open the video as a movie project in x - it prompts you to extract the sound which you can then edit as you want and when you save you just export the audio back to the movie file. It takes about as long as actually singing the song ;-).
