Default Gotw3 Internet service offline for 5 days (anyone else)

We use RevGen Networks Gotw3 a cell phone tower based home internet service
Which has been down for 5 days and have been unable to contact them by phone and received no e-mail contact from them either

The blame their Quote " rural carrier partner" But have posted conflicting messages posted on their website and advice to "be patient while partner resolves issue " but it is now 5 days with no change

I suspect they are going out of business like Frontier ...

Any body have any insider info ??

Here are some screen shots from the website
Note they say 25%

I'm too swamped with work right now to do any research, but have seen and know many versions of this story. That includes being a sysop for a specialty ISP.

Sometimes the many day outages are about someone not paying their bills. A friend with a MVNO that uses Verizon was out of service where Verizon was working fine. Later on he learned they weren't paying their bills from Verizon.

It's really hard for some small ISPs and areas to be competitive via matters and laws changed a while ago now.

FWIW, all of a sudden the Verizon 5G rollout is a pleasant surprise. The mm wave is only in very people dense areas but the "5G Nationwide" has filled in some rural areas that were not great LTE. My heads up was noticing some LTE coverage where there used to none.

I plan to order a "5G' phone tomorrow I should have in maybe a week so will be looking forward to how that works.

Yes it could be that Gotw3 failed to pay ATT (which I assume is who they mean by "carrier partner") which is who they get cell tower usage through. Or failed to secure a new contract.
The the other company options for static cell Home internet in this area both use ATT also and have no outage problems So Gots excuse seems dubious at best ....
But it's a moot point as I just yesterday cancelled my GOT account and signed up with "Unlimited Advanced" the new router should be here early next week
