RIP Ken Hensley
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-54829412
Very sad: Mick must be devastated. We lost Lee Kerslake in September and now Ken has also gone to join David Byron, Trevor Bolder and Gary Thain. I had a ticket to see Mick and Co this month, which had been postponed to next year. Any other 'eep fans out there? |

Oh, yeah, specifically of the Ken Hensley era. Boy, that-era band crashed and burned along the way, starting with Bron and Thain. I'm actually surprised Mick and Ken lasted this long, given the lifestyle they lived back when. Glad Ken got his life under control in the '90s and had a happy run from there. It is a little-known fact that Ken played a lot of guitar in the Demons and Wizards and Magician's Birthday era. His was the lovely, mellow slide part n Paradise/The Spell.
