I'm in a downsizing phase so maybe an "Air Guitar" this Christmas? Although I did take delivery of a D2HTS about ten days ago that I bought from Brendan by way of Kori so I suppose that's my Christmas guitar a little early!

A Bourgeois OM would be the only other guitar I’d want.

A Lowden F35C Richard Thompson signature model. I usually don't go for signature models, but in this case I'll make an exception.

And I reserve the right to change my mind.

Or I could get more tools. But then I'd be asked, "Why on Earth do you need more tools?"

To make guitars, obviously! Sheesh! Do I really have to state the obvious?

A J-45, since that is what I'm trying to get right now anyway. I won't be obnoxious, I'll take a used one with a few dings as long as it plays well .

D18. Preferably an really old, well played model, but new would work too.

Realistically, a Fender Acoustasonic Telecaster.

I hated them when I first saw them, but I see an actual useful application for one now......

There is a a Santa Cruz 00 Eric Skye Custom Italian Spruce and Cocobolo in stock at Down Home Guitars. Santa could pick it up while in the Chicago area and deliver it to me in MI all in one night.

I went only 1 for 3 on recent sale attempts, so there will not be any new guitars in the near future for me. However, in the spirit of playing along with this thread, the only guitars that might catch my fancy are:

Pre*War Guitars HD-EIR or Granadillo Distress 1 or 1.5

Martin Custom EIR D-28 Authentic Aged

^^ That's it. Nothing else on the wish list

I'm really itching for a 14-fret, 1 13/16 nut, 000 or 0000 (or OM short scale as some companies designate the body shape). This is certainly an oddity and usually only found in custom orders. But a man can dream and hope, right?

I think you may know I have a soft spot for DHG due to how well my experience went getting my 1934D there...I say to play Santa to yourself and pick it up!
