Default Worth upgrading to Yairi CY140 from CY130?

Hey there! First post for me.

Recently acquired a cy 130 conquistador from 1983 but I've really enjoyed. Overall it's in really good shape and was well taken care of, there are a couple of hairline cracks on the soundboard but they seem stable and don't affect the sound. My question is I have an opportunity to get a cy140 that is about 10 years newer (made in the early 90s) for a good price.

Is it worth upgrading to this guitar? I'm having a hard time understanding what the difference between these models were back then. I'm happy with the cy 130 but didn't want to let let a good opportunity pass by if this was one. Thanks for your help!

Unless you can do a side by side comparison, the 130 seems very nice.
